| Need someone friendly to be able to respond to affiliate / potential affiliate questions. This includes helping them with ideas on their sites, contacting them with promotions and giving a real 1-on-1 experience. |

| Daily affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment of: fresh marketing creative, affiliate communications such as eNewsletters and blog posts, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution. |

| Recruit new affiliates, joint venture partners, and strategic partners. |
|
| Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues. |
|
| Finding high volume, quality traffic sources for us to advertise through while keeping within budget. |
|
| Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers. |
|
| Experience with share-a-sale affiliate management software is a plus. |

Qualifications:
• 3+ year of experience in Internet marketing
• Proven track of SEO projects and social media promotions
• Thorough understanding of online creative strategy development
• Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects
• Strong decision-making, planning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
• Resourceful attitude and willingness to approach tedious subject matter with a fresh and imaginative eye.
• Ability to write in a compelling style with advanced online research skills
• Basic understanding of HTML (keyword density, h1 & h2 tags, meta descriptions, etc.)
• Familiarity with content management systems, blogging platforms, Microsoft Office Suite Drupal a Plus

Extensive Linux experience on high traffic ecommerce site.
Must have experience with Apache, PHP and MySQL application stack, specifically with knowledge of common configuration options.
Knowledge of server security a must (firewalls, security patching and etc).
Shell scripting.
Mysql administration.
TCP/IP networking.
