| AIRewards Program Agreement |
| This AIRewards Program Agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions of the Incentive Program (the "Program") offered by AsiaImpressions ("AsiaImpressions") that apply to participating individuals ("Participants"). By enrolling in the Program, a Participant agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement as amended by AsiaImpressions from time to time. |

| Program Overview |
| Under the Program, Participants earn AIRewards Points ("Points") when they complete various participatory actions ("Actions") across the AsiaImpressions website and other related sites. Upon request, Participants can redeem their Points for cash credits towards the purchase of their second tour with AsiaImpressions. The Program, Points and Cash Credits are void where restricted or prohibited by law. |

| Content Submission Guidelines |
| By posting your actions on AsiaImpressions, you agree that you will not post or otherwise upload any content including text, communications, software, images, sounds, data, or other information that: |

a) |
Contains excessive profanity or vulgar language;
|
|
b) |
Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), uses vulgar language in the creation of a username or otherwise violates AsiaImpressions's General Agreement;

c) |
Victimizes, harasses, degrades, disrespects, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
|
|
d) |
may infringe upon or violate any third party's intellectual property rights, including, without limitation, copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, moral right, proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
|
|
e) |
Constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail (also known as "Spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling; this includes, but is not limited to, posting your phone or fax number(s) and posting any URLs or hyperlinks to your commercial website(s) or email account(s). You also agree that you will not collect and store information about the members of this forum or use such information for the purpose of transmitting or facilitating transmission of unsolicited bulk electronic e-mail or communications. You further agree that you will not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from a minor (anyone under 18 yrs old). Personal information includes but is not limited to name, address, phone number or name of their school.

f) |
Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party;

|
| Membership Qualifications |
| All individuals, domestic and international, are eligible to participate in the Program. However, AsiaImpressions reserves the right to determine who may or may not participate in the Program at any given time. |
|
| Registration |
| Individuals who wish to participate in the Program can do so by signing up for a AsiaImpressions membership account and agreeing to the terms of this Agreement. Once the sign-up process is complete, the participant will automatically be registered in the AIRewards Program. |
|
| Earning AIRewards Points |
| Participants earn Points by completing Actions on and off the AsiaImpressions website. Including; registering for a membership account, booking a tour, referring a friend, leaving a tour review, uploading a tour picture, leaving feedback on other websites about AsiaImpressions, answering a tour related question and completing a customer survey. Certain Actions require authorization from AsiaImpressions staff before any Points will be awarded to the participant. Please check the AIRewards program description page for details. |

| Using Points |
Points can be redeemed during checkout at a value of $1 cash credit for every 25 points.
Each tour or vacation package has a redeemable point value which is conveniently displayed on the Shopping Cart page.
Points cannot be transferred to another member for any reason, at any time.

| Notices |
| By participating in the Program, each Participant agrees that AsiaImpressions may send all notices, approvals, consents, and other Program communications to the Participant at the mailing address, e-mail address, or fax number reflected for them in the Participant’s record. |

| Amendments |
| AsiaImpressions may amend (add to, delete or change) the terms of the Program and/or this Agreement at any time without notice. This means, for example, that we may change the number of Points earned for Actions, the number of cash credits redeemed per points earned or the rewards available. The current form of the Agreement will be posted on AsiaImpressions's website. Unless otherwise indicated, amendments will apply to any Points accrued and/or awarded in the future under the Program. |

| Participant Termination |
| AsiaImpressions may terminate or suspend any Participant’s participation in the Program without cause by giving the Participant at least 30-day prior notice or without notice at any time for cause. “Cause” shall be deemed to exist if: the Participant fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement; or Participant acts in a manner that is inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program; or Participant acts in a manner that AsiaImpressions reasonably believes may have an adverse effect on its reputation in the community. Accrued but unused Points will be forfeited upon termination. |

| Program Termination |
| AsiaImpressions may terminate the Program at any time by providing notice to Participants at least 45 days in advance of the termination date. Such notice may include posting the notice of Program termination on AsiaImpressions’s website. Participants will have until the termination date to use all accrued but unused Points. |

| California Law |
| This Agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with California law, without reference to its conflict of law provisions. |
|
| Assignment |
| Participants may not assign, delegate or otherwise transfer (by operation of law, merger or otherwise) any right or obligation under this Agreement to others without AsiaImpressions’s prior written consent, which it may withhold without cause. |
|
| Arbitration |
| Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Program shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The parties understand and agree that they are waiving their right to a trial before a judge or jury. Arbitration between the parties shall be held in Los Angeles County, California. |

| Consent to Contact Participant |
| It is understood that enrollment in this Program creates an ”Existing Business Relationship” as that term is used in Federal and State legislation related to unsolicited telephone and other communications. Further, by executing and submitting the Enrollment Form, the participant agrees and grants specific permission and consent to be contacted by AsiaImpressions by means of telephone, fax or email at the telephone and fax numbers and email addresses which were provided in the Enrollment Form. This consent shall be deemed to apply to and be given by additional branches and offices of the participating agency or organization. |
