Leaving from Tokyo, this tour takes you up to Mt. Fuji's fifth station to enjoy the view from 2,300 m above sea level. After this, participants will take in Hakone's beautiful natural scenery with a pleasure boat cruise around Lake Ashino and a ride on the Komagatake Ropeway. The return trip to Tokyo will be by bullet train(L).
The Mt. Komagatake Ropeway is skipped on the following days due to traffic conditions: Apr. 29, 30, May 5, Jul. 24, 25, 31, Aug. 1, 7, 8, 21, 22, 28, 29, Sep. 4, 11, 25, Oct. 2,16, 23, 30, 31, Nov. 6, 13, 20, Dec. 30.
When the Fuji Visitor Center is closed or if the tour is behind schedule due to traffic conditions, the Fuji Visitor Center may be skipped.
The road to Mt. Fuji 5th station is sometimes closed due to heavy snows in the winter and the early spring. If this is the case, or if the tour is behind schedule, you will go to the highest possible point.
Although the Komagatake Ropeway, Hakone Ropeway or the cruise on Lake Ashi may be omitted or substituted for as a result of traffic and weather conditions or other operational reasons, the tour will not be canceled nor will the tour fee be refunded. In the case that one or both of the destinations are omitted, you will enjoy one of the following alternatives: Narukawa Art Museum in Hakone, Hakone Check Point, Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi, Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway, Hakone-en Aquarium, Hakone Jinja Shrine and Hakone Ropeway (Owaku-dani Valley). Your tour guide will finalize alternatives based upon careful consideration of tour logistics and other conditions.

There is a possibility that your tour guide does not accompany you on the tour bus or the Shinkansen back to Tokyo after Odawara station for operational reasons. In this case, your guide will provide information on how to go back your hotel from Tokyo station
The tour will not be cancelled nor refunded if you are unable to see the full view of Mt. Fuji due to weather conditions.
Please coordinate schedule of your flight with that of your tour. We recommend that you please book your air tickets after you receive E-Ticket confirming all details for your tour reservation within one to two business days from us

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation is confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
